Kira Mael Orsenn developed her short takeback at the Reykjavik Court Development Center before moving her training base to Oslo. Her strongest results have come indoors, where her timing and flat backhand give opponents less recovery time.
She turned professional in 2022 after leading the Nordhaven Lights at No. 1 singles during the 2021-22 junior invitational season.
